The 7-year prison sentence for a man who entered actor Nana's home was upheld on appeal. On October 22, the Seoul High Court dismissed appeals by both the defendant and prosecutors in the aggravated robbery case. It found the original sentence within a reasonable range, neither too severe nor too light. The trial court issued its ruling in June.

Nana and her mother were threatened by a man who entered her home in Guri in November 2025. He was charged after allegedly entering with a weapon and demanding valuables. Nana was injured while she and her mother subdued the intruder. Nana sustained injuries assessed as requiring 33 days of treatment. Her mother's injuries were assessed as requiring 31 days. The man later filed an attempted-murder and aggravated-assault complaint against Nana, saying he had also been hurt. Police found that Nana had acted in self-defense and did not refer his complaint for prosecution. A false-accusation complaint filed by Nana's side against the intruder was referred to prosecutors.

SeeU, a former partner of Kim Hyun-joong, has reportedly begun working under that name with TikTok livestream agency Lightning Central. She currently hosts 2 livestreams a day and plans to expand into beauty, health and entertainment content. Her agency said she is raising a child on her own and that legal disputes with Kim over parental and custody rights have concluded. The two previously dated and later fought legal battles concerning alleged assault and paternity. SeeU gave birth to a son in September 2015, and a subsequent paternity process established Kim as the father. In 2020, South Korea's Supreme Court upheld a lower-court ruling requiring SeeU to pay Kim 100 million won in defamation damages. Kim married a woman outside the entertainment industry in 2022 and had a son that year.
