Actor Han Ga-in posted a video on her YouTube channel on the 15th showing jewelry she had collected over 23 years. She said the video contained no product placements and that she bought the featured pieces herself. Han said she often shops in stores or online without the 10% or 20% discounts available through a stylist or others.

Han said she wanted to feature reasonably priced Korean designer pieces alongside luxury jewelry. She said she usually buys 14K jewelry because it costs less than 18K and she thinks it looks more youthful. She also described 18K as having a stronger yellow tint.

The video followed a dispute in which SamangyeouTV discussed the advertising and claimed benefits of an albumin product and mentioned Han. She disclosed payment records to support her statement that she had bought the product herself. SamangyeouTV later made its related video private and apologized.
