Director Jang Jin recalled casting Won Bin in ‘킬러들의 수다’ on an October 12 episode of the YouTube show Jjanhanhyung Shin Dong-yup. Actor Jung Woong-in also appeared. When host Shin Dong-yup asked how he had cast Won Bin, Jang said Won Bin would come when called at the time.
Jang remembered Won Bin wearing a tracksuit and slippers and said they enjoyed going to PC gaming cafés together. Separately, Won Bin has been away from film projects for 16 years since the 2010 film ‘아저씨.’

Shin Dong-yup revisited his college days in a video featuring Jang Jin and Jung Woong-in.
Jang Jin and Jung Woong-in appeared in a video posted to comedian Shin Dong-yup’s YouTube channel on Oct. 12. The two were 1 year ahead of Shin at Seoul Institute of the Arts. Shin recalled that Jang had been uneasy around younger students but strict with classmates. He also recalled Jang, then president of a student theater club, raising his voice at a classmate while directing a production.
Shin said he had once made a mistaken assumption about Jang’s sexual orientation based partly on how Jang dressed. Jang said he had heard similar assumptions before and that studying Korean dance in high school had influenced his hand gestures. He also described how a newspaper printed a reversed photo of him after he pierced his left ear, adding to the misunderstanding. Jang said he and Shin both have red-green color vision deficiency and shared a hurtful experience related to it.
