Influencer Ashley St. Clair says she rejected a $40.2 million confidentiality offer, approximately 534억원, from Elon Musk's side that would have barred her from disclosing their relationship for life. She says the proposal arrived about two months after she gave birth to Musk's son in 2024.

According to St. Clair, Musk's money manager Jared Birchall sent the agreement using a disappearing-message feature. She says it offered $15 million upfront and $100,000 a month for 21 years. Musk has denied making any such offer. St. Clair says she did not meet or speak directly with him during the proposed deal. The two remain in a legal dispute over paternity and custody.
